Our custom design process begins with a non-refundable $150 finders fee. This fee covers our time to source your dream gemstone. Should you move forward with creating your ring, the fee will be taken off your total. The ring will take approximately 4 weeks to complete from the time the center stone is selected. Please note the time frame for finding stones cannot be guaranteed, as we work with a small group of trusted gemstone wholesalers who share our ethos for transparency and ethical work practices, and their inventories are constantly changing. If you need the ring by a certain date, please give yourself as much time as possible and communicate these deadlines to us so we can let you know if your timeline is achievable. The rings can be crafted in 14 karat gold, 18 karat gold, or platinum.
