Shipping + Return Policy
When will my order ship?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping on a global level is experiencing delays and we kindly request your patience.
Shipping times will vary depending on the status of the item and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Made-to-order items take approximately 4-6 weeks to ship.
In-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days.
Please note: selecting expedited shipping will not affect the timeline of a made-to-order piece, i.e., selecting overnight shipping does not expedite the 4-6 week timeline to manufacture the item.
Where do you ship?
Currently we ship domestically within the United States and internationally to Canada, Europe, and the UK.
Please note: international shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes. The buyer is responsible for these fees. All international shipments are declared and insured accurately.
My package was lost or stolen - now what?
All of our packages ship with insured tracking and require a signature unless otherwise agreed upon. We are not responsible for packages once it has been marked "delivered." If you need help filing a claim with the shipping carrier, we will be more than happy to assist you.
What is your return policy?
Because each item is custom and/or made to order, all sales are final. If there is something wrong or incorrect with your order, we will, of course, correct it. That being said, not liking an item in person or changing your mind does not equate an incorrect order.
Due to the nature of our return policy, we strongly encourage all customers to look closely at sizing and measurement descriptions, as well as all product photos in order to have an accurate understanding of what the piece will look like in person.
