How It Works
Inquiry: Reach out to us about the piece you envision. We love starting new projects and hearing your ideas.
Stone Sourcing: For a non-refundable $150 finder's fee—which will be deducted from your final cost if you proceed—we will find the ideal gemstone or diamond for your piece. This fee covers the initial sourcing and ensures that we find exactly what you need.
Design Confirmation: Once the stone is chosen, we’ll create a CAD rendering of your design for approval. This step ensures that every detail aligns with your expectations before the final creation.
Crafting Your Piece: After approval, we cast the setting, set the stone, and finalize your custom piece. The entire process typically takes about 4 weeks from stone confirmation.
Additional Notes
Customer Stones: We occasionally work with stones provided by customers, depending on the suitability and approval of our goldsmiths.
Design Scope: At this time, we do not offer complete custom services where designs are entirely dictated by the customer. Our custom work focuses on personalizing and adapting our existing, expertly designed pieces.
